Bought this for my brother in law and he likes it a lot. Fit him well with some adjustments and holds his 10x12 plates pretty well. Time will tell on how it holds up through training and when he uses his weighted plates for working out + hiking. Pouches it came with seem pretty well made too. The plastic easy pull clips for taking the plate carrier apart seem flimsy to me but they might be good quality. Putting mine through a training/torture test soon.
