Great quality plate carrier, wrong buckles, lack of description

The quality of the plate carrier is good. Seems like its made of great material but only time will tell how it holds up. Mag pouches are nice and are the normal button style molle. Just sucks the plate carrier in this picture isnt the one i recieved. I got the quick release buckles that you pull the tab and slide up or down for the shoulders. Wasnt too happy with the customer service on my other items i purchased.
